At Delegant Press-On Nails, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, press-on nails are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color/design preference issues

  • Improper application or removal

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
